All international orders placed on our website will be zero rated for US TAX. This means US TAX is not charged at point of sale.

Your order will instead be subject to local taxes and duties and will need to be paid by you at the point of delivery. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.



Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If this is the case you have seven days to send it back to us.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to within 5 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorized your request, we will email you the returns instructions.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on items, so please be aware before purchasing that returning these items will be your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or broken.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.



The merchandise must not be used. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of UME.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 14 business days after receiving the merchandise at UME to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before funds are returned to the account.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the US. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive at UME within the above stated timeframe.

Please note that UME does not accept liability for returned goods.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
